Jeruzalem (2015)

Written and Directed by The Paz brothers, Doron and Yoav.

Starring Danielle Jadelyn, Yael Grobglas and Yon Tumarkin.

Plot: 2 Women follow a handsome stranger into Jerusalem and then a biblical apocalypse befalls the city and traps them.

This movie reminded Tara of Cloverfield in that it is a creature feature, was very tense but you only halfway see things. Tara also found Kevin to be cute and I dug Rachel, so points for eye candy. However neither of us like the main girl Sarah because she was a total whiner.

Finally!!! a movie where they meet a stranger abroad who did not want to kill them. Great creature/zombie motive so points there, and it was original with good acting, boob shots and good effects but we wish we had seen the creatures more but we understand that some people might like the coy aspect. Also had low Freddy Claws. We also would have liked more back story.

Tara liked the beginning but did not like part of the end but no spoilers here, i liked the ending. Overall we enjoyed the movie, Tara gave it a 60/100 and I highly recommend it with a 70/100.

About DJVoorhees13

I don't believe in long winded reviews. I love Jason Voorhees. My favorite Friday is Friday 4: The Final Chapter (even though it isn’t), but I even like Friday 5: A New Beginning. I know the killer is not technically Jason, but you gotta love little Reckless and the blonde woman who keeps throwing him around. My guilty pleasures are Return of the Living Dead Parts 1 – 3. I know they’re not everyone’s favorites, but I can watch them over and over again with no reprieve. I also happen to think that Return of the Living Dead 3 characters Julie and Curt have one of the greatest love story ever told. When I’m not watching horror movies, I’m usually watching old TV shows or reading books/comics. Currently watching Star Trek: Voyager and reading anything by Dante Alighieri.
